Tansun have launched a new product, designed to help optimise comfort whilst also reducing energy bills.
Tansun's new variable quartz heating control systems enable the output from heaters to be varied between 30 per cent and 100 per cent, as the ambient temperature varies and user preference dictates.
The energy savings made are in direct proportion to the electricity consumed, so a heater operating at 30 per cent of its capacity makes an energy saving of 70 per cent. The payback period for the heater control system is therefore very short, being as little as seven months.
The controllers are compatible with all Tansun electric quartz heaters and are easy to install and customise, whether retrofitting to existing installations or incorporating it into new ones. They are availbale in 3kW and 6kW options, each one can control several heaters up to its power capacity.
